In particular, since about two decades, the European Union has indicated the modernization of employment services as a key element, focusing especially on the improvement of processes inherent digitization. However, the emerging frame shows an inhomogeneous diffusion of online services that does not facilitate the networking of services, in reference both to the European and to the Italian context. In this regard, to understand how the framework is evolving and adapting to new evolving dynamisms, in the following article are reported the best practices of digitization of the Job Centers detectable in some Italian regions, together with the results of a qualitative survey carried out in the regions of Lazio, Marche, Calabria and Apulia, which focused also on the methods of communication with users for the provision of services.
